im guessing i need a language pack to see that as its just questions marks on my screen.

Well it would either be that you need to install Chinese onto your system or that you just need to
change the encoding in your browser

If you're using windows, you'll find the setting you need under: Start->control panel->regional
and language options->languages->install files for east asian languages.

You'll need a copy of the Windows XP install CD for this.

Hmmmm, I also don't think this is 樂. in fact, I think these are two characters: 极 and 小.

It is far from an yi.... I still think the last too are 仙伯 even though the 伯 is debatable...
