i was wondeing if anyone here would be able to translate some parts of that "We are Australian"
song.

We are one, but we are many
And from all the lands on earth we come
We share a dream and sing with one voice:
I am, you are, we are Australian.



if anyone can i would appreciate it heaps it for my school art project!

I think you guys should take this up a notch, let's make this a true translation challenge:
sm888 should provide the music (sheet music too optional) and whoever translates it has to make
sure is can be sung to the music and that it actually sounds good....

ok, but not me...I should be getting back to work now....hehe

You could cut down the new extra syllables (which will wreak havoc with rhythm) by replacing
澳大利亚 with 澳洲.

whats the difference?

澳洲 refers more to the continent I suppose, just like 欧洲 and 非洲 being continents. Since
Australia is both a continent and a country there is no difference.
